Eclipse

We welcome dogs and cats at our community with a limit of three pets per apartment home (3 pets must have a maximum combined weight of 45 pounds). Each pet will have a monthly pet rent of $25, a refundable pet deposit of $225, and a non-refundable pet fee of $225. Pet fees and deposits are due at time of lease signing. Our restricted breed list includes Pit Bulls, Stafford Terriers, Chows, Akita’s, Doberman Pinchers, Wolf Hybrids, Rottweiler’s, Presa Canario and any mix of these breeds. Exotic animals are not allowed including but not limited to snakes, rabbits, ferrets and pot-bellied pigs.
